  • John McCain would have still run a nasty, divisive, win-at-any-cost campaign no matter who he  was up against. He's shown a great lack of judgement as well. The American people and the world are tired of this ugliness.

  • No. McCain would not have fared any differently running against anyone else. He showed this country and the world what a nasty, intolerant persona that he is with poor judgement to top it off. I'd say the real McCain came out in this election and it would have been no different with anyone else.

  • Bush and his cronies taught this country unfortunately that "you're either with us or you're not." Democracy is supposed to represent both sides, really and truly wanting to reach accross the aisle and to hammer out problems.
